What began in 1995 as a Grand Rapids-based provider network has grown to include more than 15,000 participating providers throughout Michigan. Hundreds of Michigan-based employers now offer Physicians Care health plans, and thousands of covered persons are enrolled in them.
Since our founding, Physicians Care has kept
the best interests of employers, covered persons, and participating
providers in mind. As a result we’ve negotiated reimbursement
arrangements that balance the needs of employers, covered persons, and
our participating providers. Consequently, our network provides
